Different VoIP solutions exist for Residential, Office, Mobile, or Business needs. When deciding what kind of VoIP to get, choose a system that is easiest for your current business to deploy, use and maintain.  Do you have a network-centered business with skilled staff to support a more complex system? Or, is it sufficient to simply tap into your broadband internet line?  How many users will you need to support?  Do you use IP or digital phones, or both?  Which features and benefits do you need?  Keep in mind that more complex systems may be harder to use.

Ultimately, any business interested in increasing its competitive advantage within its niche should seriously consider business VoIP as an alternative to analog or simple digital communications, if only for the cost alone. The enhanced technology and cost-effectiveness will have business-wide effects felt all over, streamlining the company’s communication and easily integrating it with other functions such as CRM, for better productivity across all related departments and functional areas.
