However, now we need to concentrate on how to sell ad space directly.Selling ad space directly from your blog or website means you need to show a banner or you must need to have one page about “Advertisement” which will show the advertiser all the details.

1. Prepare an Advertisement Page:
You must need to have one page named “Advertise” or “Advertise With Us” or “Buy Ad Space” or anything you think is suitable to explain and attract your buyer about the ad space.

a. At first describe why your website is suitable for the buyer to advertise.Make him convinced.Otherwise he is not going to invest money in your blog.
b.To make him convinced you need to show all the data about the reputation of your website.You can include the Page Rank , Alexa Rank and Traffic statistics of your blog.Also include any good thing about your website which will attract your buyer.
c. Tell the buyer about the available places of your website which is for sell.Also mention the size to make the deal very clear.
d. In this part you need to do the pricing.If you are doing this for first time then do not make the price a higher one.Rather make it a reasonable one according to the status of your website.But do not make it so cheap.Then the buyer will get an impression that your website is not a good one!
e.Now provide the information about the “payment method”.You can also leave your email address and specify that if anyone is interested then he or she can contact you in that address.Also specify that when they will be able to show ads in your website.Because some customer want to show the results quickly.
