Spread the love

The iPhone 4S is one of the best-selling mobile hand sets of all time. And it should be. It’s sleek, fast and feature laden. Even when placed up against its successor, the iPhone 5, the 4S is still a force to be reckoned with. Even better, since the release of the iPhone 5, iPhone 4S prices have dropped steeply, so you might be able to get yourself a bargain. Depending on your mobile service provider of choice there are different plans available for you to choose from to make sure that you get the best deal. Below we’ve listed the best plans that can be found from each of the UK’s major mobile service providers. We’ve based this on an average user who requires at least 250 calling minutes, 250 text messages and 500 MB of data per month, so you might be able to get cheaper plans if you require less than these standards. So, in order of cheapest first, here are the best deals for iPhone 4S plans…

1. T-Mobile:

T-Mobile’s awesome (and not to mention cheap) plan really takes care of all of your needs. It comes with a massive 2000 calling minutes, unlimited text messaging and unlimited data usage. There’s a small (but reasonable) upfront fee of £49.99 and the monthly cost is just £26. That adds up to a grand total of £674 over the course of the twenty four month contract. Which is an absolutely fantastic deal.

2. GiffGaff:

Not exactly a contract deal, GiffGaff is the way to go if you want a PAYG iPhone, and they definitely get you the best rates. You do initially have to pay the upfront cost of the phone itself, which going by Apple prices is going to cost you £449.99. But you then get 250 calling minutes, unlimited texting and 1 GB of internet usage for a mere £10 per month. All that adds up to £689 over the course of two years. GiffGaff doesn’t actually hold you to any more than a month long contract at a time, but we’ve based the final total on two years so that it can be compared to the other more traditional phone plans effectively.

3. Three:

Suitably the third entry on the list is with the company Three. They offer a two year contract that includes 500 calling minutes, 5000 text messages and unlimited data usage with a small upfront fee of just £29.99 and a monthly charge of £32. That adds up to £797 over the course of the contract.

4. Tesco Mobile:

Tesco’s plan gives you a two year contract that has 250 calling minutes, 5000 text messages and 1 GB of internet usage plus the upfront cost of £235 and a monthly fee of £25. That comes to £835 over the course of the two years.

5. Vodafone:

Another two  year contract, this time with 600 calling minutes, unlimited text messaging and 500 MB of data usage, an upfront payment of £99 and monthly payments of £33. That makes a grand total of £891 over the course of the twenty four month contract.
