If you’ve ever thought about buying a dual SIM phone, then you probably already own two SIM cards. Dual SIM mobile phones have a lot of advantages, particularly for people who travel often or those who have both business and personal mobile phones. Having a dual SIM phone means that you can have access to both your SIM cards at the same time, and not miss any calls whilst switching SIM cards between devices, or have to carry two phones around with you all the time. So, if you’re in the market for a new dual SIM phone, here’s the list of the most popular models in stores right now…
1. The Nokia C2:
This is absolutely the most popular dual SIM phone at the moment. It contains a “hot swap” feature which allows you to insert a SIM card into the phone while the phone is switched on. It’s pretty feature packed for a dual SIM phone too, with FM radio, VGA camera, micro SD slot, Bluetooth connectivity and a multimedia player.
2. The Motorola EX115:
The best thing about the Motorola is that it’s got a full QWERTY keyboard, which is highly unusual on a dual SIM phone. It also has speakerphone, Bluetooth, instant messaging, a micro USB and email capabilities, making it pretty feature laden.
3. The National Geographic Duet Travel Phone:
As the name implies, the Duet was designed specifically with travelers in mind. And it features a great deal. It comes with a pay as you go National Geographic Travel SIM card that offers cheap calling rates in 185 countries. If you’re buying a dual SIM phone to go travelling, then this should really be your top choice.
4. The LG GX500:
The LG is a touch screen model phone, which has a scratch proof display as well as a 3 MP camera. Plus, it’s got awesome battery power with a standby time of twenty five days, making it perfect for travelers.
5.The Acer DX900:
The Acer is a business phone, or as business phone like as a dual SIM phone can get. It has a pocket office application, as well as voice memos and document editing. Plus, it’s got an expandable memory slot should you need to add more memory to your phone. And it’s got WiFi and GPS too.
6.The Samsung W609:
Probably one of the cheapest dual SIM phones that you’ll find on the market, the Samsung W609 is a very basic device. Although it does offer full 3G and WiFi connectivity and GPS.
7.The Fly E 106 Touch:
Fly isn’t the most well known brand name in the mobile phone world, but they do specialise in making dual SIM mobile phones, so if you’re in the market, they’re worth checking out. The E 106 is their basic model. It does have a radio, MP3 player, GPRS and a camera, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. It does not have WiFi and 3G, however, making it somewhat unsuitable for the business market.
Your coverage is very pervasive indeed. Amazing post!
