One AirAsia Flight traveling from the City of Surabaya, Indonesia to Changi Airport, Singapore is missing as it has lost contact with air traffic control, The Air Asia has already confirmed about this. Below is the declaration from the AirAsia Twitter page.

It was confirmed from the Indonesian Media that there was around 162 people on board (155 passengers and 7 crews). The aircraft, flight number QZ8501, lost contact with air traffic control just after 07:00am local time. The aeroplane lost contact with the control center at 00:24 GMT.
The last location was traced over the JAVA Sea which lies between Surabaya and Singapore. Nationality of the passengers are :
149 Indonesians
3 Koreans
1 Singaporean
1 Malaysian
1 British
MetroTV station is reporting that an AirAsia plane with 162 people aboard is missing after takeoff from Indonesia on the way to Singapore. – Courtest Fox6News.com
One official from Indonesian transport also spoke to the media that the flight asked for an unusual route before it lost contact with the control center.
“At this time, search and rescue operations are in progress and AirAsia is cooperating fully and assisting the rescue service,” the airline said.
“AirAsia has established an Emergency Call Centre that is available for family or friends of those who may have been on board the aircraft. The number is: +622129850801.
