Finally it seems that Apple has already finalized the iPhone 5 release date or the new iPhone version in the market will be available in this September anyway.Most probably the date is 12 September.Apple has already started to send invitations to its San Francisco event on 12 th September this year.Many technological persons from Silicon valley is predicting that most probably on that day Apple will launch its new iPhone or iPhone 5 and the iPad mini.

We all know that China is very keen to copy any new product design and this time also one China clone mobile company named GooPhone which is a Hong Kong based company released iPhone replica last week which is almost similar to the new iPhone but very much cheap.They designed the new iPhone using the leaked parts of the iPhone 5.
This clone manufactures of iPhone threatened that they will sue Apple if Apple releases the new iPhone in China and it matches with their iPhone design.Their logic is that as their iPhone replica is releasing first so they have the patent of this iPhone.
