There is a new suspicious gmail scam over the internet and people are suffering because of this scam very badly. This gmail scam comes from your known person (actually from those persons’ accounts whose account is already hacked). The email body is like below:
Hello,
Please view the document i uploaded for you using Google docs, CLICK HERE and just sign in with your email to view the document its very important”

“Subject: RE Important Document
Hello,
Here is the document i told you about,i sent it in a more secured way, CLICK HERE. and log in with your email for immediate access and more information.”
If you click on the CLICK HERE link, it will redirect you to a new window which is like the below picture which looks like Google Docs. In this window, you will get two tabs, which will ask for your gmail user name and password.
If you put your “Password”, then the hackers will get your password and will also go further for your Inbox. The scam will collect all your Inbox email addresses and again will send the same email with the same body. Again, more people will get affected by this scam as the email comes from the persons who are known to you.
So, please be aware of this scam. Please do not provide your Gamil password in the password tab and share this information with more friends. People should get this information urgently so the scam does not spread a lot.
What to do If You Have Already Provided the Password:
If you have already provided the password to the scammers tab, then change your Gmail password as soon as possible. This is the only way out! If you change your password quickly, then it may happen that you may get escaped from the scam.
